An abundance of keys are being released in the Secret Place to unlock areas of struggle
Next I saw the form of the Lord, a thick cloud of heavenly presence engulfing the throne room. A multitude of keys began manifesting in the presence. Adults and children alike were receiving these keys indiscriminately, plucking them out of the atmosphere. There was an abundance of keys. More than enough for everyone. But it was only those closest to him, in the thick of the cloud who received them. Each key had written on it different areas of struggle – healing, finance, intimacy, spiritual warfare, marriage, revelation, revival, destiny, transformation etc. Some people were receiving multiple keys as worshippers reached out their expectant hands. Immediately they started using the keys to open doors.
The Lord is whispering Kingdom Secrets in the Secret Place
Then the presence descended on the people, whispering secrets into the ears of those close by. Only his trusted servants, with ears tuned in, listening intently, eager to gain revelation of His majestic kingdom heard the still small whisper of the Lord.
Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven
Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “You are blessed, Simon son of John, because my Father in heaven has revealed this to you. You did not learn this from any human being. Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it. And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.”
Simon had spent the last three years physically and spiritually in the manifest presence of God (Jesus) and had received revelation that no man could give him. It was heavenly revelation from the Father himself of the Messiah. Then as the true knowledge of who Jesus is had been revealed, Jesus continued to speak identity into Peter, giving him a new name. Not his man given identity, but his god given identity. Men call you Simon, but I call you Peter – a rock.
From this new revelation, first of who Jesus is, and second of our God-given identity, the church can be built. It was not built on a man but on the revelation of Jesus Christ…and it is from this very revelation that the keys of Heaven are released to Peter. NOT keys TO the Kingdom of Heaven, but keys OF the Kingdom of Heaven. We already know the key TO the Kingdom is salvation through Jesus Christ by faith. But here Jesus releases the keys used by Heaven, HEAVENLY KEYS!
A Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation is being released
I hear the Lord saying he is ready to release a fresh Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of him over his faithful ones. He’s about to enlighten their hearts that they might know the hope of their calling (Ephesians 1:17-18) and release them into their destiny. He wants nothing more than for all of us to walk in the fullness of his Kingdom.
Time to press in like never before
I believe we are going to see an increase in heavenly encounters within the body of Christ in this season. As His children press in to the presence of God they will be brought into deeper intimacy with their heavenly father.
This is an invitation to experience the Kingdom of God like we’ve never experienced it before. Old men and women will dream dreams, young men and women will prophesy and even children will be taken into heavenly visions and visitations. (Joel 2:28 paraphrased)
He says seek first my presence (the kingdom of God) and I will show you your God-given identity, you will receive revelation of who I am and from this revelation, keys will be released to you to enable you to walk in the fullness of what I have called you to. This can only be achieved through intimacy and time in the secret place.
Wake up church, now is the time to press in for more of his presence – desire intimacy above all else.
“Keep asking, and it will be given to you, keep seeking, and you will find, keep knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps asking receives; he who keeps seeking finds; and to him who keeps knocking, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8) CJB
